About Broker and Founder, Todd Sachs
Todd Sachs founded Sachs Realty in August, 2017 after nearly thirty years of being self employed. Todd grew up working hard. At the young age of thirteen, Todd worked on a farm baling hay and straw. At twenty one, he started a landscaping service that expanded to general contracting, building homes, residential and commercial development, rehabbing houses to hold and flip, residential and commercial landlording, leading a team of agents at a large brokerage to now leading his own brokerage of employees and licensed residential and commercial agents.
Todd continues to serve sellers, buyers, investors and landlords with some of their most valued assets, real estate! He obsesses with client satisfaction and is never happy otherwise.
